Join Solar Oregon, Forth, Community Energy Project and others for an evening dedicated to electrifying everything.
As part of Sustainable Building Week, we’ll be exploring the idea that electricity is the quickest and most realistic form of CO2 emission free energy. We’ll talk about how to switch household appliances and transportation to the most energy efficient electric form and finally how to provide that energy through renewables — ideally from local sources, like solar on our rooftops.
Solar Oregon will be presenting the “Average person’s guide to electrifying everything” and will be joined by Forth who will be presenting on electrifying transportation and Community Energy Project who will be talking about their work with heat pump hot water heaters.
This event is free and open to all.
Thanks to event sponsors Vacasa for hosting us in their Pearl Headquarters.
