This year during the 5th Annual Sustainable Building Week, we’ll harness our community knowledge and actions taken to measure and reduce embodied carbon of buildings. Join us for Pecha Kucha style presentations from members of the Carbon Leadership Forum’s Portland Hub as they share stories that will enlighten you, educate you, and hopefully inspire you to address embodied carbon in buildings head-on. All of these stories will be followed by some good old-fashioned socializing!
We’ll meet in the community Marvel Room at Mahlum Architects Portland Studio, the first Living Building Challenge certified building in city. Mahlum is accessible by several bus lines, the Portland Street Car + short walk, and you will have access to plentiful secure bike storage. Free two-hour street parking is also availlable.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided for all in-person attendees. If you can’t make it in person but still want to join us, we will provide a virtual link to all registrants.
Shout out and thank you to all our presenters:
We look forward to another in-person gathering to meet, learn, and mingle!
*Confirming vaccination status is required for attendees, please fill out this form prior to the event using “CLF Portland Hub” as Primary Contact at Mahlum. Thank you.
