Scott Kosmecki, CPHC/B, AIA Assoc., Founder & Manager of Resilient Framing Systems & Hinge Build Group.   Experience and knowledge from over 30yrs experience in construction and remodeling everything from historic renovations, suburban remodels and new construction as well as a Master’s Degree in Architecture have all come together to offer Portland an opportunity to jump to the next level in home construction.   Scott has taken all his learning, experience and professional network and focused it on creating systems that offer the highest performing homes in our region at highly competitive costs.
