Sustainable Buildings for All (SB4A) is an effort to create an incentive policy to accelerate climate action in the building industry in Portland while centering equity and racial justice. This effort has been in progress for several years, has a continuously growing coalition of stakeholders, and is working toward a draft policy to be presented to the City of Portland. Join this session to learn about what we have been working on and share your ideas for integration into the final policy language. We would love to have your input and support!

The session will be led by:

Amanda Ingmire, Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (OR DEQ)

Alex Setmajer, Brightworks Sustainability

Stephen Goodman, Downtown Development Group

Paul Vanderford, Sustainable Northwest

Kevin Kellogg, Hacienda Development
