You’ve hiked our local dense forests plenty, and want to know more about the trees around you – how these trees grow and interact in the forest. Join the Build Local Alliance for a guided walk in Forest Park. Where Michael Ahr, Forest Conservationist at West Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District, will lead a short hike from the lower MacLeay Trailhead with special guest Peter Hayes of Hyla Woods.

Post-hike hydration at Sasquatch Brewing NW Taproom (2531 NW 30th Ave) around 6 PM.
