Please Join the TallWood Design Institute along Dr. Mark Fretz and Dr. Kevin Van Den Wymelenberg of University of Oregon’s College of Design as they discuss their research investigating wood as a modern building material, and specifically, its impacts on environmental and human health and promising new applications.

As part of Sustainable Building Week, Kevin and Mark discuss some of their work focusing on mass timber acoustic performance, carbon/environmental data, and microbial performance of wood as an interior material, specifically in health care environments.
